NEW YORK, New York. In a recent article by the ICSC, Learning Express Toys was noted as one of the Specialty Toy retailers that is looking to fill the $7 billion market void left by the Toys ‘R’ Us closure.

“Though it may be too early yet to tell what impact this will have on our store count, the absence of Toys ‘R’ Us will bring opportunities to grab new market share,” said Mike Derse, Business Development Director of Learning Express Toys.
