As kids interpret the directions, follow steps in order, and use logic and analytical skills to write the code, they will work on their cognitive ability. As kids assemble the pieces onto the Snap Circuits board, they will visually compare the pieces to the whole board and notice configurations and patterns. As they do this, they are working on their visual and spatial perception skills.
