My 10 year old bought a $20 fidget (I know, I thought that was crazy too). Within 6 hours it was broken. I tried to return it the very next day and was told that it was not returnable/nonrefundable because it was "fragile"! Aren't kids your target audience kids?!? Why would you sell something to kids if it's likely to break? Why don't you stand behind a product they sell in their store? I was told that the company won't reimburse the store for broken fidgets. Aren't fidgets meant to be played with? Why are you selling a product that the company won't even support it's own product? I try to support local businesses and have spent a TON of money at this store throughout the years, but I guess this is the reason that it's safer to buy online or at a big box store. Never spending another cent in this store. Bad business practice.

I am so sorry that your spinner broke and understand your frustration. We make every effort to sell only high-quality spinners, however, spinners are only meant to be spun. Most of our stores choose to sell these as final sale because they are easily damaged when thrown, dropped, gotten dirty, wet, etc. Please email us at with details of the store you purchased at and we will do our best to help.
