We’ve got the toys and gifts you want – and multiple options that make it easy to get them to you. We offer Shipping, In-store and Curbside Pickup. Whether shopping online or in-store for our widest selection, our goal is to make your experience a convenient and memorable one.

We currently offer three shipping options within the United States.

The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount before tax. Use the table below as a quick reference. An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and / or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the product description page, and included in the shipping subtotal of your order.

Why does Learning Express Toys & Gifts of Westborough charge for shipping when most online stores offer free shipping?

  • First, the good news - for orders over $75, shipping is on us. (See details above).
  • Orders under $75 have a $9.99 standard shipping fee.
  • Your order gets carefully packed, wrapped and shipped by our staff as soon as it arrives in our inbox. We offer shipping as a courtesy to our customers, and work to make it as affordable as possible without negatively impacting our locally owned and operated business. As our online business increases, we hope to be able to find even more shipping savings for our loyal customers.

In the event that your order is unable to be delivered based on the information you provide, we will issue a refund for the product, but not for the shipping cost.  If you would like the order sent again to a corrected address, we will need to charge you for the shipping on the reshipment.

Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the following business day for shipping purposes.

Products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with Free Standard Shipping. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, the appropriate shipping charges will apply.

We can ship to PO Boxes if the package is less than 10 pounds and will ship through USPS SmartPost®.

We will send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped, which will include information to track your order.

Please note: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas (December 25th) and New Year’s Day (January 1st) are holidays for shipping companies and will not be considered business days if they fall Monday through Friday.

Some products include oversized shipping fees. These items are not eligible for Free Shipping. Please see individual product pages for details.

  • Payment is required at the time the online order is placed.  Gift cards can be used for in-store pickup orders.
  • When you arrive at the store, please come to the register area and someone will be happy to assist you.
  • A photo ID and printed or digital copy of the confirmation email must be shown in store to pick up your order.
  • You will be sent a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up.
  • If your order is placed when the store is closed, we will process your order the next day. Store hours are listed on your confirmation email.
  • Please contact us at the store (508) 898-0076, if you expect to take longer than 24 hours to pick up your order or if you have any questions, concerns or special requests.

When you arrive at the store, please stay in your car and call (508) 898-0076 and we’ll bring your order out to you.
